How NovoPsych Works in Large Organisations
We provide mental health services with streamlined tools where each team member can be assigned different roles. Patients can be shared within the organisation, where you can adjust the visibility of patients depending on user access levels.
There are three classes of users with different permissions:
- Account Manager (central account)
- Manage payments for NovoPsych
- Add and remove users (practitioners and supervisors) from the practice
- View all clients and assign to practitioners
- Administer and view assessments for all clients
- Manage privacy settings
- Export data for all users/clients in CSV

Reflecting this comprehensive capability, our pricing model is based on the total number of practitioners within a practice, rather than a per-user basis.
This approach ensures maximum benefit for all managers and supervisors, enabling them to monitor and enhance the performance of their entire team. While Insights is generally activated for the entire practice, it may be selectively disabled for certain users in specific instances. Nevertheless, the pricing remains based on the total practitioner count, ensuring simplicity and transparency in our model.
