Promo image: Practical Challenges in Implementing MBC in Real-World Clinical Settings

Measurement-based care (MBC) is quickly becoming the norm in mental health care. MBC provides the information necessary for clinicians to improve the care that they provide, while also informing organizations on how they can better deliver care. Despite the clear benefits of MBC, getting MBC started and making it work is not always easy.

This webinar will focus on practical suggestions for improving the implementation of MBC and getting the most out of MBC once it is implemented. Mental health providers, managers, and leaders will benefit from understanding how to make MBC work the best for them and their organization.

At the end of this webinar, participants will have a better understanding of not only how to overcome barriers to implementation of MBC but to maximize the information they receive from MBC to improve mental health care.

Learning Objectives

  1. Articulate the benefits of MBC for individual clinicians and organizations
  2. Identify and overcome common barriers to getting started with MBC
  3. Employ practical strategies for keeping clinicians and patients engaged in MBC over time
  4. Use information gained from MBC to improve care delivery
