NovoPsych pricing in detail

Mixed plans in one practice. A Practice Plan lets an organisation give each practitioner the level of access they need. All practitioners operate within the same practice account, and each can be on a Psychometrics, Pro, Pro Plus or Platinum subscription — see the prices in the table above. This means you can customise within a single practice while keeping one streamlined organisational workflow. Practice Plans require a minimum of two practitioners.

Three levels of user permission. Clients can be shared within the organisation, and you can adjust the visibility of clients depending on user access levels.

• Account Manager (central account) — manage payments for NovoPsych; add and remove users (practitioners and supervisors) from the practice; view all clients and assign them to practitioners; administer and view assessments for all clients; manage privacy settings; export data for all users and clients in CSV.
• Supervisors — add and remove users (practitioners and supervisors) from the practice; view all clients and assign them to practitioners; administer and view assessments for all clients.
• Practitioners — view clients that have been assigned to them or who they have added; administer and view assessments for those clients.

Insights. NovoPsych’s Insights feature lets practices monitor client outcomes systematically. By leveraging data analytics, practitioners can assess the effectiveness of their interventions and gain valuable insight into client progress — including questions such as the proportion of clients experiencing positive therapeutic outcomes. Insights is available on the Pro Plus and Platinum subscriptions.
