Enterprise Account Manager (USA)

United States (remote). Full-time.
NovoPsych exists to help mental health clinicians improve their client outcomes. Behind every one of the assessments we deliver is a clinician sitting with someone who is struggling, trying to understand them well enough to help. Everything we build is in service of that moment.
Since 2012, more than 75,000 mental health professionals across Australia, North America, the UK, Europe and New Zealand have used NovoPsych’s 150+ validated assessments and NovoNote, our AI scribe and clinical writing assistant. Clinicians trust us because we are scientist-led: clinical psychologists and PhD psychometricians work alongside our engineers, and we publish our research in peer-reviewed journals.
We are growing fast and are still small enough at around 30 people that every hire shapes the company. If you want your work to change how mental health care is delivered around the world, and you move quickly, this is the place.
Own NovoPsych’s relationships with our largest US customers: health systems, group practices, universities and community mental health organisations. Keep them, grow them and turn them into our strongest advocates.
The opportunity
Many US services now run NovoPsych and NovoNote across whole teams, from multi-site group practices to community mental health organisations and university training clinics. Each of these accounts needs someone who knows its people, its workflows and its compliance requirements, and who makes sure the value keeps growing long after the contract is signed. You’ll be our first dedicated account manager in the US, building the function and the playbook as our American business scales.
What you’ll do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise and multi-seat accounts: the relationship, renewals and growth.
- Lead onboarding for new services with our customer success team: seat rollout, admin setup and training sessions for clinicians.
- Run regular account reviews using usage data, such as active clinicians, assessments administered, NovoNote sessions and adoption gaps.
- Grow accounts by adding seats, teams and products across NovoPsych assessments and NovoNote.
- Manage renewals, pricing and contract changes with our finance team, and forecast your book accurately.
- Support procurement, security reviews and RFP responses with our product and compliance teams.
- Bring customer feedback to the product team and represent US enterprise needs in roadmap discussions.
- Develop reference customers: case studies, speaking opportunities and introductions to peer services.
You’ll thrive here if you…
- Prefer building long-term relationships to chasing one-off deals.
- Are equally comfortable with clinicians, practice managers and procurement teams.
- Use data to show customers the value they are getting.
- Want to build an account management function from the ground up.
Selection criteria
- 4+ years in account management or customer success for B2B software, ideally with multi-seat or enterprise customers.
- A track record of renewals and expansion against targets.
- Experience working with US health, mental health, education or government customers.
- Confidence leading commercial conversations about pricing, renewals and contract terms.
- Comfort with CRM tools and usage reporting.
Nice to have
- A background in psychology, counseling, social work or allied health.
- Experience with public sector procurement and RFPs.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, security and clinical governance requirements in health.
What success looks like in 12 months
- Gross revenue retention and net revenue retention targets met across your portfolio.
- Every account has a named champion and a quarterly business review.
- A documented onboarding, review and renewal playbook in use.
- At least three published US customer case studies.
What we offer
- A foundational role at a profitable, fast-growing clinical technology company with global reach.
- A world-class research and clinical team. Meet the team.
- Competitive base salary plus commission tied to retention and expansion.
- Remote flexibility and autonomy.
- The chance to build our US account management function as we scale.
