Since 2012, more than 75,000 mental health professionals across Australia, North America, the UK, Europe and New Zealand have used NovoPsych’s 150+ validated assessments and NovoNote, our AI scribe and clinical writing assistant. Clinicians trust us because we are scientist-led: clinical psychologists and PhD psychometricians work alongside our engineers, and we publish our research in peer-reviewed journals.

We are growing fast and are still small enough at around 30 people that every hire shapes the company. If you want your work to change how mental health care is delivered around the world, and you move quickly, this is the place.

Be NovoPsych’s clinical voice to the world. You’ll teach clinicians how to use psychological assessment and AI well, through webinars, videos, conference stages and training for large organisations.

The opportunity

Clinicians choose tools they trust, and trust is built by people who know what they’re talking about. Our webinars already reach thousands of clinicians. We want someone with real clinical authority and warmth on camera to take our education program to the next level, in Australia and across the US.

What you’ll do

• Plan and present our webinar program on assessment, measurement-based care and AI in practice, including CE/CPD-eligible sessions.
• Speak at conferences and professional events, putting NovoPsych’s science and values in front of the field.
• Create short training videos and guides for new and existing clinicians, working with our marketing team.
• Run training for large practices and health services alongside our customer success team.
• Turn the questions clinicians ask into better help content and product feedback.
• Keep our education accurate, ethical and current as our assessments and AI features evolve.

Selection criteria

• Registered Clinical Psychologist (or equivalent licensed clinician in the US) with 5+ years of practice experience.
• Strong expertise in psychological assessment.
• Confident, warm presenting style. Please include a link to a talk or video of you presenting.
• Ability to explain complex clinical and psychometric ideas simply and with authority.
• Interest in AI in clinical practice and comfort with new technology.

Nice to have

• Teaching, supervision or CE/CPD program experience.
• An existing professional network or speaking profile.

What success looks like in 12 months

• Two or more webinars a month, with attendance and trial sign-ups tracked.
• A library of 20+ short training videos used by clinicians and our customer team.
• Four or more conference or event presentations given on NovoPsych’s behalf.
