Using NovoNote AI Scribe for Telehealth

MID-60 Assessment Update
We’ve completed several upgrades to the MID-60 report to improve clinical clarity, interpretability, and decision support. To provide an immediate high-level summary of the client’s likely diagnostic profile, the report now: Assigns clients to one of 16 DSM-5-aligned diagnostic categories; indicates the number of subscales at clinical cutoff; and includes a Descriptor column using named severity bands
