The opportunity

We have rich data: tens of thousands of clinicians, millions of assessments, and every NovoNote session. What we don’t have is someone whose whole job is turning that data into decisions. You’ll be that person, and your analysis will shape product, pricing, marketing and hiring.

What you’ll do

• Run deep-dive analyses on the questions that matter most: why clinicians churn, what makes them upgrade, which channels bring the best customers.
• Design and read out experiments with proper control groups, and say plainly when something didn’t work.
• Model pricing changes, hiring plans and growth scenarios with the finance team.
• Prepare the numbers behind board and investor reporting.
• Make data easy for every team to use, so fewer questions need you at all.

Selection criteria

• 2–5 years in business analytics, data analysis, consulting or finance at a tech or subscription business.
• Strong data skills, from SQL to AI analysis.
• Solid grasp of statistics and experiment design.
• Ability to explain findings simply to non-technical people.

Nice to have

• Python or R.
• SaaS metrics experience (churn, cohort retention, LTV, CAC).
• Interest in health or mental health.

What success looks like in 12 months

• One trusted set of company metrics, with no more competing spreadsheets.
• At least three analyses that led directly to a decision with measurable impact.
• Every growth experiment measured against a control group.
