Escala de Insomnio de Ratisbona (RIS)

La Escala de Valoración del Insomnio de Ratisbona (RIS) es una escala de valoración de 10 ítems destinada a evaluar los aspectos cognitivos, conductuales y emocionales del insomnio psicofisiológico (PI; Crönlein et al., 2013). La escala ha sido validada en una población adulta.
