Escala de Estrés Digital (DSS)

La Escala de Estrés Digital (DSS) es una medida de autoinforme de 24 ítems diseñada para evaluar la experiencia subjetiva del estrés asociado con el uso de tecnología digital, particularmente medios móviles y redes sociales (Hall et al., 2021). La DSS puede utilizarse con adolescentes o adultos (mayores de 14 años).
