Escala de Dificultades en la Regulación Emocional – Versión de 16 ítems (DERS-16)

La Escala de Dificultades en la Regulación Emocional – versión de 16 ítems (DERS-16) es una medida de autoinforme que evalúa los niveles de dificultades de los individuos en la regulación emocional. Basada en la versión original de 36 ítems de la DERS, la DERS-16 utiliza una conceptualización clínicamente útil de la regulación emocional que fue desarrollada para ser aplicable a una amplia variedad de dificultades psicológicas.
