How NovoPsych Works in Practices & Large Organisations
Practice Plan User Levels
NovoPsych provides a flexible Practice Plan that allows organisations to assign different levels of access to practitioners based on their individual needs. While all practitioners operate within the same practice account, they can have different levels of access by subscribing to Psychometrics, Pro, Pro Plus, or Platinum plans.
Psychometrics: $20 per month and includes access to all NovoPsych Psychometrics
Pro: $30 per month and includes 50 Pro Actions.
Pro Plus: $60 per month and includes 100 Pro Actions.
Platinum: $99 per month, offers unlimited Pro Actions.
This structure allows for customisation within a single practice, ensuring each practitioner has the tools they need while maintaining a streamlined organisational workflow.

We provide mental health services with streamlined tools where each team member can be assigned different roles. Patients can be shared within the organisation, where you can adjust the visibility of patients depending on user access levels.
There are three classes of users with different permissions:
- Account Manager (central account)
- Manage payments for NovoPsych
- Add and remove users (practitioners and supervisors) from the practice
- View all clients and assign to practitioners
- Administer and view assessments for all clients
- Manage privacy settings
- Export data for all users/clients in CSV
- Supervisors

NovoPsych’s Insights feature allows practices to monitor client outcomes systematically. By leveraging data analytics, practitioners can assess the effectiveness of their interventions and gain valuable insights into client progress. Insights help answer key questions such as the proportion of clients experiencing positive therapeutic outcomes.
Insights is available to accounts on the NovoPsych Pro Plus or Platinum Plan.
